Loyalty Scheme

Collect all 8 stamps to qualify for the discount. Not refundable and no cash alternative. One card per transaction. Management has the right to withdraw or change the offer/scheme at any time without notice. Exclusions apply.

Competitions, Prize Draws & Social Media

By participating in any competitions or prize draws that we run, entrants confirm they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

All prize winners will be notified within 7 days of the prize draw/competition closing.

We reserve the right to request proof of a prize winner’s identity, in the event that a prize winner cannot provide us with proof of identity reasonably acceptable to us, we may withdraw the prize and select another prize winner.

All prizes must be claimed within fourteen (14) days of our notification of winning unless otherwise stated or agreed. We reserve the right to award prizes unclaimed after this period to alternative prize winners or not to award them at all. We reserve in all cases the right to replace the stated prizes with prizes that we consider to be of broadly equivalent value. We offer no cash alternative for non-cash prizes and prize winners must accept prizes in the form offered.

Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged.

Winners are selected at random.

BMSO employees and concession partners cannot enter. Only one entry per person will be counted.

All Facebook/Instagram promotions are no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook/Instagram.

All competition entrants must be eighteen (18) years or older.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are happy to refund or exchange items in original packaging and with tags attached within 28 days, on production of a receipt. This excludes items that have been reduced by 50% or more: these are non-returnable. We are unable to offer a refund on hats, earrings, underwear and swimwear in the interest of hygiene. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid from the date issued and for 12 months from this date.

Out of date vouchers cannot be redeemed or replaced.

Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Vouchers cannot be accepted if defaced or damaged.

The voucher should be treated like cash: it cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.

Vouchers are only redeemable for goods within Broadstone Mill Shopping Outlet. This excludes The Works, the Coffee Shop & Tearoom and The Galleries (independent Retailers & Brand Interiors).
