The tearoom will remain closed for the time being.

Please be aware that in line with the Government Guidelines it is mandatory to wear a mask or face covering in all shops in England from Friday 24th July 2020.  Please wear a mask or face covering when you enter the store – our staff will also be wearing masks or visors whilst working on the shop floor.

Our changing rooms will be re-opening from Monday 12th April – we are currently looking at how this will work to enable us to follow guidelines and keep everyone safe.  Our returns policy was amended in 2020 to enable it to be easier for returns, this can be viewed here:  https://broadstonemillshoppingoutlet.co.uk/terms-conditions/

We have worked hard to create a safe and pleasant shopping experience for our customers and working environment for our staff.  Some changes have been made and implemented inside the store, and some new working practices are in place to ensure we are adhering to the government’s social distancing guidelines.

All our staff have been fully trained on the new guidelines for Covid-19 Health and Safety and will be on hand to help make your shopping experience with us as pleasant and safe as possible. We have completed a Covid-19 Risk Assessment to ensure that we are compliant with the CFA and government guidelines.

It may be necessary for us to control the number of customers in store at any one time in order to maintain safe social distancing.  There may also be a limit on groups entering the store to a maximum of 2 people per household.  If you are shopping with children we ask that they stay with you and that they are supervised at all times.  A sanitising station will be available when you enter the store to wipe down your basket/trolley handles and for personal hand hygiene too.

Clear signage and floor markings have been put in place to further assist and remind customers about social distancing whilst shopping.  We feel so fortunate that we have a lovely spacious store, so it will be easy for you to shop at an appropriate distance from others as you shop.

There is also signage to ensure a clear queuing procedure and social distancing when you are waiting to pay.  We would prefer where possible if payment is made by card, but we will also be taking cash payments.  Protection screens have also been installed at the till points.

As you are aware and will understand these guidelines are essential in the current climate to keep us all safe and to minimise/limit the spread of the virus.  We thank you in advance for adhering to the social distancing and other guidelines that we are having to follow in store.

Please be safe, alert and kind to each other and our staff in these different times.
